Cookie Policy
Customer Relationship OS uses a small number of cookies. This page explains which ones, why they exist, and how long they last. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small piece of data a website stores in your browser. Modern web apps also use similar mechanisms like localStorage; for simplicity we refer to both as “cookies” below.
2. Cookies we set
Strictly necessary
These cannot be turned off — the app doesn’t work without them.
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| sm.session | Keeps you signed in between page loads. | 30 days (or until sign-out) |
| sm.session.csrf | Prevents cross-site request forgery on Server Actions. | Session |
Preferences
These remember choices you make; clearing them just resets to defaults.
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| sm-theme | Remembers your light/dark theme choice. | 1 year |
| cros:integrations-order | Preserves the order in which you’ve arranged integration cards. | 1 year |
Third-party
Public storefront checkout redirects to Stripe. Stripe sets its own cookies during checkout — see Stripe’s cookie policy at stripe.com/cookies-policy/legal.
No cookies are set by third-party advertising, analytics, or social-media services on our public pages. If product analytics (e.g. PostHog) are enabled by your workspace administrator, that tool may set additional cookies inside the authenticated app; when that happens we’ll list them here.
3. Managing cookies
You can clear cookies from your browser at any time; the “strictly necessary” ones will be re-created next time you sign in.
We honour the browser Do Not Track signal on our public pages — no non-essential tracking is loaded when it’s on.
4. Changes
If we add, remove, or change cookies materially we’ll update this page. Substantive changes are also called out in release notes.
5. Contact
Questions about cookies can be sent to contact@systemsmastery.com.
